ABOUT

Kasperi is a Finnish freelance colorist, online editor, and VFX compositor based in Tallinn, Estonia. His audiovisual journey began in photography while serving as a media conscript for the Finnish Defence Forces. After completing his service, he moved to Estonia to study cinematography at the Baltic Film, Media, and Arts School, where he discovered his passion for color grading. Since then, he has worked with clients both domestically and internationally as a remote colorist.

Over the years, Kasperi has contributed to a wide variety of projects, including documentaries, advertisements, short films, music videos, and more. With a foundation in cinematography studies, he brings a deep understanding of visual language, as well as the collaborative relationship between the colorist, DP, and director, to the color grading process.

In addition to color grading, Kasperi has taken on the role of online editor for most of his projects. This experience has equipped him with a thorough knowledge of efficient workflows for final deliveries across all platforms—whether it's preparing a DCP for cinema or a Dolby Vision export for online streaming.

Kasperi is currently available for remote work worldwide. Online collaboration with clients flows smoothly and efficiently through cloud based services.
